All standard orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours or less, excluding sale orders or promotional events. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be automatically emailed to you.

During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, shipping times may be extended. Please do not request tracking information prior to receiving your shipping confirmation, as this delays order processing and fulfillment.
