Refund policy

All of our products are cut custom to order, therefore we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage that occurs during shipping. Please review the following guidelines regarding damaged items:

Reporting Damages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must email us at sales@diversewoodworking.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Your email must include:
    • Photos of the damaged items
    • A photo of the shipping box
    • A photo of the packing slip included with your order


Refunds or Replacements:

  • If the value of the damaged items is less than $25, we will issue a refund.
  • If the value of the damaged items is $25 or more, we will send replacements at no additional cost.


We appreciate your understanding that each order is custom-made and cannot be returned. Thank you for helping us ensure quick and accurate resolutions in the rare event of shipping damage.
