Returns

RETAIL RETURN POLICY
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase. If your product is not in resalable condition or received the return by the end of 14 calendar days, you will not be eligible for an account credit.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an account credit and send you the credit memo to use on future purchases. All items that are not resalable will be thrown away at the discretion of Diverse Woodworking and no credits will be issued for those products.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive an account credit, the cost of original shipping could be deducted depending on that specific order. (ie: promotional items or free shipping.)

RESTOCKING FEE:
All returned items will have a 20% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be deducted from your final credit.

  • Orders can ONLY be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • Order updates¬†/ changes MUST be emailed to us within 1 hour of placement
